1. This floor plan is owned and maintained by the MCCA. All floor plans and room capacities may change without notice and are subject to MCCA approval prior to use. By entering this application, all users accept these terms and conditions.

2. The MCCA has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information contained on this floor plan. Notwithstanding no warranties, either expressed or implied are made with respect to this floor plan. If the location of building column(s), utilities or other architectural components of the facility is a consideration in the construction, citing or usage of an exhibit, it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to physically inspect the facility to verify all dimensions and locations.

3. Under no circumstances can the floor plan be used or transferred for use for any means other than creating floor plans for events taking place at the BCEC.

4. The user agrees not to alter or deface the base floor plan in any way.

5. The user agrees that all fire laws, codes, and regulations will be obeyed in the creation of event floor plans.

6. In the event that the user of this floor plan has questions and / or concerns relative to draft floor plans as detailed by the user, the user shall contact the MCCA's Public Safety Department and abide by the MCCA Public Safety Department's direction relative to adjusting floor plans for the safety and security of all.

7. Although every effort has been made to render this floor plan accurate, the user agrees that the MCCA will be held harmless for any unforeseen and/or undetected defect or defects in these floor plans.

8. In the event that the user discovers inaccuracies and/or errors in this floor plan, the user agrees to bring these inaccuracies to the attention of the MCCA Public Safety Department immediately upon discovery.
