To search the Event Planning Guide by keyword, open the downloaded pdf in Adobe Acrobat.
Once in Acrobat, push "control F" ("apple" F for Macintosh users) on your keyboard. This will display a box in which to type your keyword. Push "Find" or "Enter" and all fields using that keyword will be highlighted in the pdf.
